Clarify the conditions before discussing processing and assessment.

The material source, incoming condition, and intended use are the starting point for discussing pelletizing conditions. Share known information and property targets to clarify what else is needed before discussing formulation, sampling, and testing arrangements.

Discuss processing around the material and target properties

FUCONN focuses on custom pelletizing. You provide the property requirements, and we discuss formulation options. The processing conditions to be confirmed depend on the material and intended use.

Equipment overview

FUCONN currently uses equipment for crushing, grinding, pelletizing, and hydraulic cutting.

PVB recycling process improvement

FUCONN has worked on process improvements for recovering PVB film from automotive laminated glass. The improved process remains in use.

Sampling and confirmation depend on the project

Whether samples are prepared for customer confirmation before production depends on the project. Where sampling is needed, discuss the samples, target properties, and confirmation conditions.

Property testing is usually performed by external providers

Test items, methods, and applicable samples need to be confirmed for each project. If you have test information, include sample or batch details, methods, and conditions so the scope of the results can be discussed.

A result applies within its test conditions. It does not automatically represent all materials or batches.

Bring the known conditions to the discussion

Share the material, intended use, and properties you want to adjust. List any open questions to support discussion of sampling, testing, and other information needed.
