Privacy notice

When you contact us by company email or phone, we usually receive or record your company name, contact person's name, email address, and phone number. These are not mandatory website fields. This website has no enquiry form or file upload feature.

Start with a non-confidential summary when discussing materials and processing. Please discuss arrangements for sharing formulations or full reports separately with our business contact.

Contact details provided during enquiries are used to:

• Respond to your questions.
• Assess material and processing requirements.
• Prepare quotations.
• Follow up on business discussions.

A designated business contact handles customer contact and enquiry data. The data is stored in company email, Google Drive, and a customer management system.

Company email uses Google Workspace. The customer management system is built by the company, and its data is stored in Taiwan. This Taiwan storage arrangement applies to that system; it does not mean all email or Google Drive data is stored in Taiwan.

Storage and processing locations for Google services depend on the service terms, applicable edition, and settings, and may include locations outside Taiwan. See the Google Workspace Service Specific Terms.

In current enquiry operations, other than the Google services described above, customer contact details such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers are not provided to other parties outside the company.

There is currently no uniform fixed retention period. Retention is assessed according to business and legal needs. Data is deleted or its use stopped when it is no longer needed.

To ask about the retention of particular data or request that its processing or use stop, or that it be deleted, contact the company using the details on this page.

The designated business contact receives requests, verifies identity, and handles each case individually. A request does not mean all data will be deleted immediately. Legal requirements or other legally permitted grounds for retention need to be considered in each case.

Under applicable personal data protection laws, you may request:

• Information about or access to your personal data.
• A copy of your data.
• Additions or corrections to your data.
• A stop to the collection, processing, or use of your data.
• Deletion of your data.

Email wei@fuconn.com.tw and explain your request. The designated business contact verifies identity and handles the request individually under the applicable requirements. Please do not send unrelated identity documents or full confidential information with your initial enquiry.

Google Maps loads automatically when you open the contact page. Your browser therefore connects to Google services. Depending on the service and settings, Google may process IP addresses, browser or device information, and use technologies such as cookies.

This website currently has no separately installed traffic analytics or advertising tracking tools. This does not mean Google Maps or other services process no connection data. Refer to Google's privacy policy for its service practices.
